Getting Started
1. Set your prices
Pick session, hourly, or piece-rate pricing, then set your real numbers for each placement. This is what clients see the instant they tap a body part.
2. Make it yours
Add your studio name, logo, accent color, and a social-proof line. On Pro Plus, train the assistant in your voice with your FAQs and real chat screenshots.
3. Save and go live
Hit Save to get your shareable link and embed code. Drop the link in your Instagram bio, or paste the code on your website.
Common Questions
Do I need a website?
No. Share one clean link (perfect for your Instagram bio) or embed the code on your site if you have one. Either way, clients tap, see pricing, and book.
How do I add it to my website?
Save your map, copy the embed code, and paste it into a code/HTML block. Squarespace: Code Block. WordPress: Custom HTML. Wix or Showit: Embed HTML.
How do I share my link on Instagram?
Copy your shareable link from the Save section of your dashboard and paste it into your Instagram bio link field (or your link-in-bio tool).
Does it work with my booking system?
Yes. Seshmap sends clients to whatever you already use: Acuity, Square, Calendly, or your own link. It's the front door; your scheduler takes it from there.
How does the AI assistant learn my voice?
Answer a few common questions, optionally paste real replies you've sent, and upload screenshots of past client chats. It mirrors your wording and energy. (Pro Plus and up.)
My reset or confirmation email link isn't working.
Request a fresh link from the login or forgot-password page. Links expire and are single-use, and some email apps pre-open them. If it still fails, email us.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime from the Billing tab in your dashboard. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial and you won't be charged if you cancel before it ends.
