Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Seshmap (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service. By using Seshmap, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account & profile: your name, email, studio details, pricing, branding, and any logo or training material you upload.
Payment: handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing details and subscription status from Stripe.
Lead data:when a visitor uses an artist’s Seshmap, we may collect the name and email they submit and basic interaction events, on the artist’s behalf.
Usage: standard log and device data needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. How We Use Information
To provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; power the AI assistant and lead capture; send transactional and account emails; prevent abuse and secure the Service; and comply with law.
3. Artists’ Client Data
When an artist collects client leads through their Seshmap, the artist is the controller of that data and we act as a processor on their behalf. Lead data is kept separate per artist account and is not shared between artists or sold. Artists are responsible for how they contact and use their own leads.
4. Service Providers We Share With
We share data only as needed with providers that help us run the Service, including: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & authentication), Anthropic (AI assistant), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to operate the Service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see Contact).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, contact us and we will respond as required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, additional notice.
