Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Seshmap (the “Service”), operated by Seshmap (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Seshmap provides an embeddable, interactive body-map booking tool and AI assistant that lets tattoo artists display pricing and accept bookings on their websites, social profiles, and shareable links. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. When you start a paid plan you may receive a free trial; we collect a payment method at signup and, unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard’s billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. Prices may change with notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating any law; infringing others’ rights; uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempting to breach security or access data not intended for you; reselling the Service without authorization; or abusing the AI assistant or messaging features (including spam). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your Content & Client Data

You retain ownership of the content you provide (your studio details, pricing, branding, logo, training material, and the contact information of leads you collect). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for having the rights and any required consents for the client information you collect through your Seshmap, and for complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws when you contact those leads.

6. AI Assistant

The AI assistant generates responses based on the information you provide and general models; it can make mistakes and may not reflect your exact intent. You are responsible for reviewing how it represents your business. Pricing and availability shown through the Service are estimates and not binding offers unless you confirm them.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it as intended.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties (including Stripe for payments, and providers for hosting, database, email, and AI). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
